- Leave early and you pay the remaining months, then the site transfers to you in full.
- Finish the term and the site is yours outright. The subscription continues only if you want it to.
- On any cancellation after the term, you get a complete export plus help pointing the site wherever you are going.
- Billed monthly by card or bank draft through our client portal.
- If a delay is on us: should your launch slip more than 30 days past your completed intake because of us, we credit you a month. Waiting on your content or feedback does not count.

How much of my time does this take?
About 30 minutes for the intake form, plus one review near the end. That is the whole ask.
Do I really own the website?
Yes. At the end of the 24-month term the site is yours outright, files and domain included, working on any host you choose.
When does billing start?
At signing. The build is the first thing your subscription pays for. Typical launch is 2 to 4 weeks from your completed intake.
What if I want to make my own changes?
Then a custom build you manage yourself is the better fit: same developer, different product. We can talk through which one suits you.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it into the subscription. If you would rather keep your current site and just have it cared for, Managed Hosting is the better fit.
What counts as a content edit?
Text, images, hours, and sections within your existing pages. Brand-new pages and features are quoted separately.
What if I cancel early?
You pay out the remaining months and the site still transfers to you. You are never left with nothing.
