Most website subscriptions rent you a site: stop paying and it vanishes. Mine works the other way. Finish the 24-month term and the site is yours, files, domain, all of it, on any host you choose. Leave early, buy out the remaining months, and it still transfers to you. The full term comes to about $7,176; a comparable custom build alone runs $5,000+ before hosting, content, security, and a developer on call.

The fine print, without the fine print
- Billing starts when you sign. The 24-month term runs from your agreement date, then goes month-to-month. The price is locked for the full term. Month-to-month after that, it can change at the start of a new month.
- Leave early and you pay the remaining months, then the site transfers to you in full.
- Finish the term and the site is yours outright. The subscription continues only if you want it to.
- On any cancellation after the term, you get a complete export plus help pointing the site wherever you are going.
- Billed monthly by card or bank draft through my client portal.
- If a delay is on me: should your launch slip more than 30 days past your completed intake because of me, I credit you a month. Waiting on your content or feedback does not count.

How much of my time does this take?
About 30 minutes for the intake form, plus one review near the end. That is the whole ask.
Do I really own the website?
Yes. At the end of the 24-month term the site is yours outright, files and domain included, working on any host you choose.
Is anyone actually on this plan?

When does billing start?
At signing. The build is the first thing your subscription pays for. Typical launch is 2 to 4 weeks from your completed intake.
What if I want to make my own changes?
Then a custom build you manage yourself is the better fit: same developer, different product. Custom build vs. subscription: which is right?
What if I already have a website?
I rebuild it into the subscription. If you would rather keep your current site and just have it cared for, Managed Hosting is the better fit.
What counts as a content edit?
Text, images, hours, and sections within your existing pages. Brand-new pages and features are quoted separately.
What if I cancel early?
You pay out the remaining months and the site still transfers to you. You are never left with nothing.
Why not just use Wix for $20 a month?
Wix rents you a template and a to-do list — you're the designer, writer, SEO, and IT department, and when you stop paying, the site's gone. The $299 buys the part Wix can't sell: a developer doing all of it for you, and a site you own at the end.
