How quickly will you respond?
As soon as I can, and always personally. I read every message, and nothing sits in a queue.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. "My site is slow and I don't know why" is a perfectly good starting point. Part of what I do is help you figure out what you actually need — fill out the form and we'll sort it out together.
Is there a discovery call or consultation fee?
No. The initial conversation is free. I'll ask about your project, give you honest feedback on what's needed, and quote you before any work starts. No obligation.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes — I work with clients across the US, Canada, and UK. Everything is handled remotely. Time zones aren't an issue for async work; I schedule calls to accommodate yours.
What if I already have a WordPress site built by someone else?
That's most of my work. Whether it's a page builder site, a custom theme, or something a previous developer left incomplete — I go in, assess what you're working with, and take it from there.
How do payments work?
Project work is split into milestones — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion for smaller projects, with additional checkpoints on larger ones. Monthly services (hosting, the Website Subscription, retainer) bill on a set date each month. I'll walk through all of this before we start.
Can I get a website without managing it myself?
Yes. The Hands-Off Website is a monthly subscription where I design, build, host, and maintain everything for $299/mo. You fill out one short form and review the result. Pick "The Hands-Off Website" in the form above and I'll take it from there.
