The Challenge

What brought this online fitness coaching business to me

Hillary Meyers is an ISSA-certified trainer in Effingham who coaches clients online, and most of them find her on Instagram and Facebook. She came to us with no website, no domain yet, and a 14-section requirements document asking for two things at once: a public site, and a full coaching business system covering applications, consult booking, recurring payments, signed agreements, health screening and weekly check-ins. Her clients are often starting over, from adults 55 and up to people finishing knee or hip rehab and new moms, so the site had to feel personal and judgment-free on a phone. It also had to collect health information without becoming a place where that information sits.

The Solution

What we built together

We split the job in two. The website is ours to build and run on the Hands-Off Website plan, and the business system stays in Trainerize, the coaching app she already used, so payments, health records and progress photos are never stored on our server. The design comes from her own logo: a true black background with violet-to-cyan rings drawn from the barbell plates in her badge, and every ring shows something real, like a new client's first month checking off. The application form sorts people as they apply, sending ready applicants to book a free consult and everyone else to a stay-in-touch page, and it emails their health answers to her rather than saving them. Her prices stay off the site, as she asked, and four policy pages lay out billing, cancellation and refunds in plain language.

Eight-page coaching site plus four policy pages
Ring design drawn from her own logo art
Coaching application that routes ready applicants to a free consult
Free 30-minute consult booking set up in Trainerize
Four packages compared side by side, prices saved for the consult
Results page with eight client testimonials and her own before and after
FAQ with 16 answers marked up for Google and AI search
Client login button in the header for current clients
Billing and cancellation terms shown at checkout in Trainerize
Analytics, Search Console and form email set up before launch
The Results

What changed after launch

Live on her own domain 20 days after the first line of code.

A test site on her phone three days into the build.

Ready applicants go straight to booking a free consult; the rest get a way to stay in touch.

Health answers land in her inbox and are never stored on the web server.

Zero WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility violations across all 12 live pages.

Current clients reach their coaching app from a login button on every page.
